About the Department

Aberdeen Fire Department is an organization of dedicated, professional Volunteers who train and provide all aspects of fire, EMS and rescue services to our community. Aberdeen Fire Department is an array of skilled professionals in many different disciplines who dedicate thousands of hours to protecting our community and supporting our neighboring communities . We count on the support of our citizens, therefore, we maintain an open, community oriented organization where every citizen can call on us and team up with us to serve and support one another through fire/EMS service, public education, and community activities.

Why Aberdeen Fire Department?

When difficult times or tragedy strike a Community, the Community is the only resource we can count on to help each other through. If you desire to serve others, help others, and develop personally, then the Volunteer Fire Service has a place for you. If you live and work in the Aberdeen area, you can become an important, valued, and respected community member. You will get to know your neighbors and community intimately, and you will develop relationships that will last a lifetime. The Volunteers at Aberdeen Fire Department know Neighbors count on neighbors. We train each other to be there when we need one another.
